Welcome

Welcome to AOS.

AOS is an international auction infrastructure designed for professional equestrian auctions. Whether you organize auctions for sport horses, racehorses, foals, embryos, breeding stallions or any other equestrian category, AOS provides the technology needed to build, manage and grow your own auction business.

Unlike a traditional auction house, AOS does not organize auctions or act as the seller, buyer, agent or broker. Instead, AOS provides the digital infrastructure that allows independent organizers to operate their own professional auction platform under their own brand.

Your Organizer Website is your permanent digital home. Every auction you create becomes part of your history, helping you build credibility, reputation and long-term value for your business.

What AOS Provides

As an Organizer, AOS provides you with:

  • Your own branded auction website.
  • A professional auction management system.
  • Secure bidder registration.
  • Identity verification tools.
  • Integrated payment infrastructure.
  • Live bidding technology.
  • Horse profile management.
  • Veterinary document management.
  • Sponsor management.
  • Microsite builder.
  • Legal framework.
  • Analytics and reporting.
  • International, multilingual support.
  • Mobile-friendly experience.

Everything is designed so that you can focus on selecting exceptional horses and growing your auction business, while AOS provides the underlying technology.

What AOS Does Not Do

AOS is not:

  • the auction organizer;
  • the seller of any horse;
  • the buyer of any horse;
  • an auctioneer;
  • a broker or intermediary;
  • a veterinary advisor;
  • a transport provider;
  • a legal advisor;
  • a financial institution.

The Organizer remains solely responsible for the organization and conduct of each auction, the information published, compliance with applicable laws and the contractual relationship with buyers and sellers.

Your Responsibility as an Organizer

By publishing auctions through AOS, you are responsible for:

  • the accuracy of all published information;
  • the authenticity of horses and documentation;
  • compliance with applicable laws;
  • communication with buyers and sellers;
  • delivery of the horse;
  • completion of the transaction;
  • collection of payments where applicable;
  • post-sale obligations.

AOS provides the technology. You manage the auction.

Our Philosophy

The goal of AOS is simple:

Enable every professional organizer to operate a world-class auction business without having to build the technology from scratch.

We believe organizers should own their brand, build long-term trust with buyers and create lasting value through consistently professional auctions.

AOS exists to provide the infrastructure that makes this possible.
